Hey Ellen, welcome to TD Helps.
To best assist you with regaining Online Access, we ask that you connect with our Specialists at 888-751-9000. Our Specialists are available 24/7 and after account verification, they would be more than happy to help get you back up and running.
You may also visit your local TD Store for help with your Online Banking. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you are able to access your Online Banking and after you log in, please follow the steps below:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
If needed, you can change the email address on file where the Statement Alerts are going to be sent to, you can do so by selecting the "Add or edit email address" link under each account option. Another window will pop up for you to add a new email address or edit current email address. Once you've input the new information, please click on "Save Changes" box.
