I have blocked my account. I cannot access online because I made a mistake with my security question. I am abroad and I am not able to call the center. Is there any other way to unblock me ?

Since you mentioned you are locked out, we would need to speak with you directly.
You may contact us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To contact us from any country outside the United States, please first dial 011 and then follow by the numbers provided above.
Once you return from your travels and if you are still locked out, you may visit your local TD Bank Store for assistance also, with online banking. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
