Seeing that you're writing us from Brazil, to reach us from abroad, please dial 1-856-751-9000 or call collect, with operator assistance by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone. When you reach a Banking Specialist, we will to verify you with account details, for security purposes. Once you've been verified, our Banking Specialists will be able to unlock your online profile so that you can regain online access. We also would be more than happy to get a translator on the line for you once connected, who would also be glad to help.
