Also - since there is not a U.S. TD bank in my area, what ATMs could I use without a charge.

We appreciate you stopping by TD Helps today, Georgia! We understand the importance of saving money, and your desire to avoid ATM fees. We hope we can provide you with a few options.
Currently, TD Bank Stores and ATMS are located on the East Coast and we currently do not have any partner banks or networks that waive surcharges.
Many major retailers and grocery chains will allow you to get cash at the register without a fee. When making your purchase, please look for a cash back option at the time you're swiping your card to avoid paying ATM fees for cash. We also recommend reviewing your available balance prior to your withdrawal; this option is always free by logging into your TD Bank online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, or by phone with a Representative at 888-751-9000 or by using the Automated Systen via the same telephone number. Simply follow the prompts.
If you're not yet enrolled for Online Banking and would like to be, please begin here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and be sure to have your account number, debit card number, Social Security number and email address nearby. If you have any trouble enrolling, please contact the number mentioned above.
TD Bank does offer several account options which rebate your non-TD ATM fees. To see if you will be affected by ATM fees, please check out these links for further details: http://bit.ly/1rYwGdO and http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
For transactions conducted at non-TD ATMs, the institution that owns the terminal or the network may assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including for balance inquiries. In certain instances, we will reimburse you for these fees and non-TD ATM fees if you have any of these accounts:
TD Premier Checking, TD Relationship Checking, TD Relationship Savings, and Private Banking accounts.
To find your account type you can review your account via your Online Banking as mentioned above. Or if you'd like, feel free to contact a Customer Service Representative directly by using the phone number mentioned previously. They can review your account type and provide any additional suggestions tailored to your accounts to avoid ATM fees.
We hope the information provided helps, Georgia. Don't hesitate to reach us again and have a great night.
