I have asked amazon about that and they said that with the transaction ID I can get my refund back from you.

If you're expecting a refund to a closed debit card, no need to worry. As long as the account that the debit card was attached to is still open, the refund should be credited to your account with no problem.
If the account attached to your debit card has been closed, we should still receive the refund. In these cases, if there is another open and active account, we may place the credit there. The other option we have is to mail a check for the refund amount to the last address we have on file.

Can I do it online? (Cause I am not in the States). And can I transfer the money to a bank account that is not under my name? Thank you.

Unless you have an open account with us, you would not be able to reach us online. In order to contact us about your specific account online, you will need to have an online banking login. You can then send us a secure message through your online or mobile banking requesting this refund to be looked into.
If you have an open account and would like to send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
If you do not have an active account, you can reach us by phone from outside of the United States by using country code 011 and calling 856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
We are unable to issue the credit to someone else's account. The name on the refund must match the account owner's name. If you do not have an account with us, we can mail you a check for the refund amount.
