Good morning, Subrata.
We're sorry to hear that you've forgotten your account number, and we'll be more than happy to provide you with additional ways in which you may obtain it!
The first and easiest way to obtain your account number would be to view any checks you may have for your account, as your account number would be printed on the bottom left hand side. For an example, you're welcome to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2bjcv63.
If you don't have checks available to you, don't worry! Another way you may retrieve your account number would be to log into your Online Banking, which you may do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, we invite you to contact a Banking Specialist at 1-888-751-9000, 24/7. Please note that, for the security of your account, Specialists are unable to provide you with your account number over the phone, but they'll be happy to help you complete the enrollment process.
Once you're able to access your account, you should be brought directly to the 'Accounts' page. In the event that you're not, simply click on the 'Accounts' tab, located on the upper left hand corner of your screen. Once there, you'll be able to view all of your account number under the 'Account Number' section.
You're also able to access this information from your Mobile App on your smartphone. Once you have logged in, simply click on the 'Accounts' tab towards the left hand side of your screen. Then, click on the account you wish to view the account number for. Once you are brought to that account screen, you should see a tab that reads 'Details'. From here, you should see a section that says 'Account Number'; however it will currently only show you the last four digits of your account. To view your full account number, simply click 'Show'.
In addition, you're also more than welcome to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with either a Teller of a Customer Service Representative in regard to your account number. After presenting a valid form of I.D., they'll be happy to assist you with retrieving this information.
We sincerely hope this helps, and please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any additional questions, Subrata. We hope you have a great weekend!
