Will my account numbers and routing numbers change? Can I continue to use checks with my old address until they are used up before I order checks with my new address? Will my funds be available at the new bank as soon as I get there?

Moving can be a hectic time, Elizabeth, and we totally understand. We'd be happy to clarify some things for you.
Your account and routing number are determined during account opening. This information will remain the same regardless of where you move! In addition to this your banking, including direct deposit, should remain unchanged unless you make any updates.
Because of this, you are able to use any remaining checks associated to your account however once they run out, we encourage you to replace them so the information displayed on them matches your account.
We also recommend updating your address. You can do so by signing in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and following the steps below:
1. Click on the Customer Service tab, located on the top of your screen.
2. Click on Contact Info.
3. Change the necessary information and click Send.
Once complete this will send a notification to our Specialists for completion. Please know that your new address may take an entire statement cycle to be reflected on your account.
In addition to completing this process online, you're able to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps, Elizabeth. Have a good day.
