In December I ordered a 12 month game card for my grandson , to my understanding that order did not go through because I could not give my credit card account number , I thought I could pay with my debit card . but could not . I never got a call stating that item was in the store in Atlanta ,Georgia. buy I go billed any way . why . nothing never came to my address nor did I pick it in the store .I just want to know why did this happen . I got info from the credit card bank stating I did pick it up . I ordered it late at night . I went to the store the next day or two and bought one for $23.00

If you have a personal Online Banking account, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Select the "Customer Service" tab
- Under "Self Service" click on "Statement Copy"
- Once there, click on "statements" which is highlighted in blue and underlined.
- Select the year from the drop down box
- Click on "View" on the month you would like to download
- A new window will pop up, which will give you the option to print, download, or save the statement.
