We're glad you were able to get in touch with us about this and we're sorry for any trouble you might be having with this charge right now.
If you have a duplicate transaction, don't worry. Duplicate holds like this are not uncommon when using your debit card. It is most often due to the machine being unable to read your card, or an error is transmitted when your card is swiped. In many cases, only one charge will actually post to your account history – the other one should expire and not be collected by the merchant.
We might be able to assist you with the duplicate if you'd like to get in touch with us, and we're available for you 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We may also have information for you regarding when this extra charge could expire, so please feel free to call. If you prefer assistance in person, you can also stop in to any of our Stores listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We do hope this will help you with your account, William.
Feel free to write us again with any questions and we hope you have a terrific evening!
