I have exceeded the maximum number of attempts to enroll in Online Banking for first time sign up. I called Customer Service at 1-800-493-7562 to be assisted with my application. but the person unable to help after asking so much security question from my account. How can I unblock and sign up online baking?

When calling our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562, we do require account verification, for security purposes. If you're having trouble verifying the account over the phone we do suggest visiting your local TD Bank for further assistance. At the Store they will be able to verify you with photo ID and assist with the Online Banking enrollment. Also, if you're having trouble with BusinessDirect enrollment, a Representative in our Store locations will be able to assist with that as well.
