Hi Nicholas, welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question. We're sorry to hear of the troubles you are having with your Credit Card and would be happy to help point you in the right direction.
If you are unable to contact us by phone, we recommend sending us a detailed secure message. To send a secure message you must be enrolled in Online Banking. To enroll for Online Banking please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." You can also find the "Message Center" by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page.
If by chance you are able to give us a call, please contact our Credit Card Department from overseas 24/7 at 706-644-3266 to speak with a live TD Credit Card Specialist.
We'd also encourage you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1pxZPLh for information on Security Frequently Asked Questions that may help if you have any additional questions and concerns.
