Good evening, Ellen and thanks for connecting with us via TD Helps. Sorry to hear about these difficulties and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
If for any reason you're unable to log in to your Personal online banking account, you are more than welcome to get in touch with one of our Banking Specialists anytime, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Please note that if you think you might be unable to log in due to your password, if you remember your user name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset this yourself for a personal account. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Trouble Logging In link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password so you can log in. We also recommend ensuring that the Caps Lock key is turned off, so that you're entering your credentials as expected.
If you're currently using TD Bank BusinessDirect online, please contact a Business Banking Specialist directly 24/7 at 800-493-7562, Option 3, and we'll be more than happy to assist you there with that platform.
Or, if you're in our neighborhood, you're welcome to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will also be able to help. Please feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
We hope this will help, Ellen and thanks again for reaching us. Best of luck to you in 2015!
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
