On line doesn't because of my social insurance number

We recommend visiting the United States government page on Identity Theft at http://bit.ly/1OSgRh1. You'll find info about how identity theft works and how to protect yourself, both before it happens and what to do afterwards. At the bottom of that page, you'll find the telephone numbers for all three credit bureaus. Call at least one of them to have a fraud alert added to your credit file. On this page you'll also find additional links to more info about different types of fraud and how to protect yourself.
