and the screen just blinks, not letting me input my ID and temporary password. What am I doing wrong?

Since you mentioned that the log in page on your computer is blinking, this sounds like a browser issue. We'd first recommend that you clear the cache and cookies, disable any plug-ins and restore your browser defaults. If this doesn't correct the problem and you're not using the newest version of your browser, we suggest making this update. Please note that our website is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If the issue persists after updating the version, we'd recommend that you try using a different browser altogether.
