If funds are held in your mortgage escrow account through TD Bank, payments should be made on your behalf as they are due. In order to be certain that these were sent out, we would need to review this in further detail with you. Please note that we would like to assist you directly; however, we do not have access to your personal information as TD Helps is an unsecured forum.

If you prefer and you are enrolled for online banking, you may also send us a Secure Message so that we can check on this for you.
