Reference Number checkbox is disabled, so my invoice numbers are not showing up on the online payment to my vendors. Please assist. We would like to pay all our bills out of our TD Bank account through Quickbooks Pro. We need the invoice number to show up on the checks sent out by TD Bank. Right now only the account number is being transmitted from Quickbooks to TD Bank. When we used Intuit BillPay, the invoice number would be automatically transmitted from QB to TD.

Based on your question, it sounds like QuickBooks is not allowing you to use this feature. We recommend contacting their customer service department for further assistance.
