I have lost my debit card and they asked me to come and pick up my new one but I don't have time, so will the be able to mail me my new card ,or will I have to request it

Sorry to hear that you misplaced your Debit Card. If you are unable to stop into your local branch and have one made for you, we have other options that may suit you needs better. For starters, you are able to request to have one mailed to your address by simply calling and speaking with a Live Customer Service Representative at 1-888-751-9000, who will be more than happy to further assist you.
You are also able to request a Debit Card by sending a Secure Message via your Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
