Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps today, Cornelia! We're sorry to hear you've lost your debit card, but would be happy to help.
If you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us right away to close your debit card, for your account security. Our Customer Service Representatives are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist with deactivating your card.
After account verification, we would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account with you to make sure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
Once your card is closed, if you'd like to obtain a new card sooner, you're welcome to stop by at any TD Bank Store location. We will be more than happy to print one for you while you wait. Please find your nearest TD Bank Store and lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
