Welcome to TD Helps, Dawn
Though there is no minimum balance to keep an account open, there may be a minimum balance requirement for your account to avoid a fee. If your account falls below the required minimum, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle. Additionally, you are able to deposit into your account as many or as few times a month as you'd like though minimum balance requirements would still apply.
We do offer different types of accounts, each of which has its own balance requirement. We encourage you to review our Checking accounts here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF and our Savings accounts here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPTto locate yours. Please note balance requirements apply to each account individually unless otherwise noted with "combined minimum balance."
Please know we would like to assist you directly, however we do not have access to your personal/ account information as TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum.
If you have any additional questions, you are able to reach us from abroad by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 from a landline telephone with operator's assistance.
If calling is not an option at this time, you are able to send us a secure message by logging in to your online account. To send a secure message from Online Banking, you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Thanks for reaching out and take care.
