The first option is to make it into a TD Bank Store to update your account(s) there in person if you are still located within TD footprint. Please find the nearest Store in your area here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Just stop by during lobby hours with your valid photo ID and we will do the rest.
Another option is to submit this request online. If you have been utilizing our TD Online Banking for at least 30 days, you can log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to get started. Once in, go to the Customer Service tab on the top right. Under the Self Service heading, choose the option to "Change Address, Phone, and Email Address." Here you can update and save your new contact information to be effective within 1-2 business days.
In addition, you can always reach out to a Banking Specialist to update the information for your Personal accounts at 888-751-9000. We're here 24/7 and after authenticating your account, would be happy to update any contact information we have on file for you.

If you're looking to change your address on a TD Bank Credit Card, it can be changed by calling a TD Card Services Specialist at 888-561-8861, by stopping into any TD Bank Store, or by logging into http://bit.ly/1lVKil9. After logging in you will need to click on "Services" and then choose the option to "Manage Credit Card." There you will see an option to "Update Address and Phone Number."
If you're looking to change the address for a Personal Loan, Home Equity Loan (HELOC), or Line of Credit, we recommend stepping into a TD Bank Store or speaking with a 24/7 Financial Solutions Group Specialist at 800-937-5020. A Change of Address form may be necessary before completing this request.
