Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Tina. We'd be happy to help you find your account number.
For the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via email or over the telephone. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
We do have other ways to obtain your account and routing numbers though. If you have a checking account with us, you are able to view your account number on your physical checks that are issued to your account. Please see http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K for an example. Similarly, your account number appears on your physical statements in the top right hand corner.
If you don't have any checks or statements at this time, that is okay too. You are able to view your account number by logging in to your TD Online Banking by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you select "Log In," the first page displayed will list your account number in full.
If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking or you are unable to log in, we ask that you contact us directly. You can call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to enroll you or help you regain access so you can recover your account number.
You are also able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours to enroll and obtain your account number. To take a look at TD Stores near you, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) upon your visit.
We hope this helps, Tina and have a good day.
