Hello, Tariq, thanks for joining us here at TD Helps. We are happy to guide you in the right direction to obtain your account number.
Your Visa debit card or ATM card number is different from your account number but not to worry! There are many places to find your account number.
For the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone. You may view your account number located on your personal check. The account number is the second set of numbers shown on the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
You may also view your account number by looking at your paper statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Also, if you are enrolled for our Online Banking, another way to view the account number is on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage. If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank Online Banking but would like to be enrolled, please review the following information. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! Please note, for the security of your account we are unable to provide account numbers over the telephone. If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours at a nearby TD Store. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking.
Hope this information helps. Let us know if you have any further questions. Enjoy the weather in the Sunshine State!
