is there any change with TD that i change my phone code? today september 1st. 2017 when i called i had to change my phone code, i was asked for TD.

While we do recommend periodically updating your phone code for security, we generally do not request that of you at random.
There are just a few instances when your automated phone access may become locked causing the password to reset. The first would be for inactivity. If you haven't used that system in 6 months it can become locked and a new password will have to be entered. The other reason may be that there's been a failed authentication. This can be by entering the code incorrectly 3 consecutive times, or by failing authentication when speaking with an agent.
