Hi Farid, thanks for reaching out to us at TD Helps. We'd be glad to help you get back online.
If you had a prior account with us that you enrolled in online banking, you would actually use that same online profile to view your new account. Your online profile follows the User, not the account, so the online profile you created previously will update with any new accounts that you open.
If you remember your Username and Password, you can log in here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to immediately gain access again and view your new account. If you can remember your Username and also have US Social Security number, but have forgotten your Password, please follow the 'Trouble Logging In" link below the Password field to reset it. You will need to answer two of the Security Questions you setup on your profile in the past.
If you have any trouble with these steps, or if you're not sure of either your Username or your Password, please reach out to us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to get assistance from a dedicated Bank Specialist. We can confirm your Username and help reset your Password or Security Questions upon proper account authentication.
If you'd prefer, you can sit down with a Banking Specialist at the TD Bank Store in your area for assistance. You can find that location here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Just stop by during lobby hours and we'll get you back online in no time!
We hope this helps Farid. Take care!
