i have no debit card ,only account details so how to transfer money through mobile?

Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though you may have a Passbook Savings account with TD Bank. If this is the case, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience as, at this time, in order to perform a transfer, we ask that you visit your nearest TD Store location.
