We're sorry to hear you haven't been receiving your statements in the mail. This should only happen if you requested to go paperless for your account, in which case you would receive an email alert stating that a new statement is available for you to log in via Online Banking to view. We would like to review this further; however, as TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we are unable to do so. We encourage you to connect with our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 who, after account verification, will be more than happy to research this further.
