As you've not yet received your TD Bank ATM/Visa debit card we invited you to visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours where you can receive one immediately. Also, feel free to look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find hours and locations near you. You may also call our Customer Service Line 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance.
Another way to contact us is by sending a Secured Message via Online Banking. To send a Secure Message, you will need to be enrolled to Online Banking first. Once you are logged in, you will then select the "Customer Service" tab after you log in. Beneath the section entitled "Message Center" select "Send a Message." If you are not enrolled in Online Banking yet, please understand your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card is needed to sign up online. If you give us a call 24/7 at the number above and we can get you started, upon account verification.
