Great question, Nancy and the answer is, absolutely! Thanks for opening a new account with us and we'll be happy to discuss this with you.
If you applied for your new TD Bank account online or by phone and requested a new debit card during account opening, you should expect to receive your card by mail at the address you provided within 7 to 10 business days.
If you haven't received your card yet, you're still able to enroll your account in Online Banking right away! If your initial deposit has already been made, we welcome you to contact our Banking Team 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to get your online account up and running during your call.
Or, if your first deposit wasn't made yet, you may do so and enroll in online banking by stopping in at any TD Bank Store nearby you. To find your closest TD Store location, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you'd like, you can also pick up a debit card during your visit! All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card on the spot. Once at the Store, since a card is already on the way to you, please ask the Store Representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
Hope these options help, Nancy! Thanks again for choosing TD and have a wonderful weekend.
