I opened 3 accounts, 2 checking and 1 savings. I received the checks in the mail for one of my accounts but have yet to receive for the other checking account. It has been at least a week since I received the checks for the first account, so I am wounding if the others were ever sent or may have gotten let in the mail?

We do apologize if you haven't received your other order of checks yet. First we'd like to let you know that when opening a checking account, it is necessary to request the checks in particular if you'd like to have them, as they won't be automatically ordered. If you did request them, they typically arrive within 10 business days to the address we have on file for your account.
Since you received the first set already, we would recommend that you get in touch with us directly so that we can check on the other set for you. We apologize that we don't have access to your account information to review this for you from here, since TD Helps is not considered a secure forum for confidential info.
