You should expect to receive your new card via mail at least a month prior to the expiration date of your current Credit Card. Please note, for the security of your account, the card will arrive in a plain white envelope.
If you have not received your new Credit Card, we ask that you contact us at 1-888-561-8861, available 24/7. Our Specialists would be more than happy to help!
