I got a letter from TD Bank to ask me to activate my TD Bank Cash Credit Card but I didn't receive any card from TD bank yet. I recently moved from old address to the new one (NJ to NY). I did change my address by online. Is if probably the card misplace somewhere? I sent mails but didn't get any answer and was trying to call and waiting like 40 mnts no answer either. What I have to do?

Borrowing & Managing Your Credit
In reply to Santy, Utica
Thank you for sending your question to TD Helps today, Santy. We're sorry to hear that you haven’t received your Credit Card yet, and we'll be happy to provide you with all the information you may need.
When applying for a Credit Card with TD Bank, you can usually expect to receive your credit line amount and card in the mail about 7-10 business days after your card approval. If you haven't received it yet and this time frame has passed, we suggest contacting a TD Credit Card Specialist, who can review your card status and also check to be sure we have the right address for you on file. Please reach TD Card Services at 888-561-8861 to speak with a Specialist 24/7. Of course, you're always welcome to visit your local TD Bank Store for assistance as well. Please use this link for hours and locations near you: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks again for visiting, Santy, and we hope this helps. Have a great weekend!
