Hi Eric, thanks for stopping by. We are happy to provide you with more details on statements for Savings accounts.
With TD Savings accounts, you will only receive a monthly statement if any type of electronic transfer Debit occurs during the month (ATM, Direct Deposit, ACH automatic payments, Telephone Banking Funds Transfers, TD Bank Online Transfers); otherwise a quarterly statement will be generated.
To confirm if a statement was generated for the month of July, we ask that you contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification we'll be glad to review your account further.
You may also visit a nearby TD location for assistance. For a listing of our locations and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Eric and have a nice afternoon.

Welcome back, Eric.
Thanks for the additional details. Typically, if you had an online transfer within the month of July, it should automatically generate a statement at the end of that cycle. As you mentioned that you haven't received it yet, we ask that you contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification we'll be happy to look into this further.
If you use Online Banking, you may also send us a secure message inquiring about the statement. To do so, once you're logged in please click on Send a secure message under the Message Center. If you're not enrolled in Online Banking, you can sign up for this free service by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to get started. If you run into any issues please give us a call at the number listed above.
Another option to research your July statement is to visit a nearby TD location. For a listing of our Stores and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We look forward to hearing from you Eric and enjoy your day.
