I just opened a US account and requested a US credit card online. I do not have a TD branch near me to ask these questions. I can only make deposits to my account online. Without a debit card, it has not been sent to me yet, how do I make a deposit. A deposit must be made within 14 days.
Also, how do I check to confirm my mailing address?

We understand your concern, Suzanne. We'd be glad to discuss.
Please know that in order to complete the Online Banking self-enrollment, you would need to have an active debit card for your account. In addition, to qualify for Mobile Deposit using our Mobile Banking App, your account must be open and active for 90 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Don't worry though! We offer a Bank by Mail service. You are able to send your deposit to the following:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-074-017 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243
Please know that TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in the mail. We also recommend taking a look at the tips below:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only")
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
We also recommend taking a look at our Funds Availability Policy found here: http://go.td.com/1kb17UQ. On pages 40-44, you are able to review information as to when you will have access to your funds.
As account information such as confirming your address is account specific, we ask that you contact a Banking Specialist directly. They are available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope this helps and have a good day.
