Good afternoon, Anthony and we appreciate you coming to TD Helps with your question.
Based on the message we received, it sounds like you recently opened a new account with us either via telephone or our website. However, you have not received your account number or debit card. To better assist you, we suggest visiting us at your local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. We can enroll you for online banking, make a new card for you while you are there and we can also provide you with your account number in person. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once at the Store, please ask the Store representative to close the debit card which is already mailed to you since it will no longer be useful once you receive a new card at the Store.
If you're unable to visit us in person, please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for additional assistance. Upon proper account verification, they'll be glad to book a new card for you and they may also be able to enroll you for online banking after additional verification. After you're able to access your account online, you should be able to view your account number on your welcome screen. Please understand that the security of your account information is extremely important to us; which is why we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone.
Thanks again for choosing TD Bank. Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a great afternoon!
