You should expect to receive your TD Debit cards via mail approximately 7-10 business days after your account has been opened. Please note when the card is mailed to you, it will come in a plain white envelope for security purposes.
If it has been more than 7-10 business days and you have not received your Debit Card yet, we suggest that you call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Our Banking Specialists would be happy to help and review this further for you. If you prefer, you could also visit your local TD Bank Store where our Specialists can make one for you and you would leave with a new TD Debit Card! Once at the Store, please ask the Store representative to close the current card that has been already ordered since it will no longer be useful once you activate the new card.
