Good morning, Mokoqama!
It's great to hear from you today, and we'll be more than happy to provide you with ways in which you may obtain your account number.
The first and most convenient way to retrieve your account number is to simply log into your Online Banking, which you may do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, don't worry, as our Banking Specialists are always happy to help. You can reach a Specialist by dialing 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While Specialists are unable to provide you with your account number over the phone, they'll be more than happy to help you enroll!
Once you're able to log in, retrieving your account number is simple! If you are not initially directed to the Accounts screen, click on the tab that reads 'Accounts' towards the upper left hand side of your screen. From here, you will be able to view all of your accounts, as well as any credit cards or loans that you may have with TD Bank, and under the 'Account Number' section you can view the full account number for each of your accounts.
You're also able to obtain this information right from your smartphone by simply downloading the TD Bank Mobile App, if you haven't already. To learn more about our Mobile App feature, feel free to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1hOPk1H. Once you have logged into your Mobile App using the same Online Banking credentials, you'll first want to click on the 'Accounts' button towards the left hand side of your screen. This button is symbolized by a wallet. Once here, click on the desired account you wish to view, as you will only be able to view the last four digits of your account number from this screen. Once you are viewing your account activity, click on the 'Details' tab. Here you can view the last four digits of your account number again; however, by simply clicking 'View' under the 'Account Number' section, you will then have access to your full account number on your smartphone!
Another option you have to locate your account number would be to review any checks that you may have received for this account. On your checks, the account number will be the second set of numbers towards the bottom, and you're welcome to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2bjcv63 for an example.
If you continue to experience trouble locating your account number using the options above, as always, you would also be more than welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location. Our Customer Service Representatives are available during lobby hours, and will be more than happy to provide you with your account number. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We sincerely hope this helps, Mokoqama. Enjoy your weekend!
