Welcome to TD Helps, Corey. We appreciate your question and would be happy to help provide further details regarding TD Overdraft Protection.
If you've enrolled in our optional TD Debit Card Advance Service in order to avoid Debit Card declines, then we may authorize ATM transactions or one-time debit card purchases even if the funds are not available in your account at the time of the transaction. Please take a look at this page for more detailed info about our TDDCA feature: http://bit.ly/1AlCYEy.
Please note that as this is a discretionary service, and a purchase or ATM withdrawal on your account may be declined even if you are enrolled in this feature. Also, please remember that fees may apply if your account becomes overdrawn. For specifics on overdrafts and how they may impact your TD Bank account, check out: http://bit.ly/Yv0ulC.
Also, please know that TD Bank offers several different overdraft services available to our Customers. For more information to choose which option may be the best for you, we invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1AlDFOr.
As you are experiencing difficulties with your TD Debit Card, we ask that you connect with us at 888-751-9000, 24/7. After account verification, we'd be happy to review your concerns further. If you can make it into one of our Stores, during normal lobby hours, you can also stop by to discuss it with a Specialist in person. Please find the TD Bank Store closest to you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, as TD Helps is considered an unsecured site, we do not have access to your account information.
We hope this this, Corey. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Enjoy the rest of your day.
