Good morning and thank you for joining us here at TD Helps, Samantha.
As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
To better assist you, you may contact us by calling 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist or visiting your local TD Bank Store location, as most of our locations are open 7 days a week with extended hours on Thursdays and Fridays. Upon proper verification, we will be glad to answer any questions you may have about your account. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Just in case you don't have time to call or visit us at a Store location, another option will be sending us a secure message via your online banking, if you are currently enrolled for this service. After logging onto your account from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please click on the "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center." You may choose a subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section. Once you finish typing, you may click on Send.
If you have not enrolled for TD Bank Online Banking, please feel free to follow the instructions provided below to enroll for this free service. During the enrollment, you will have the option to create your unique Unser Name and Password, and you'll be able to use our messaging system once enrolled.
Please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY for our self-service option to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then, you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day!
