Thanks for coming by and congrats on your recent marriage, April! We'll be glad to assist you.
To change your name and how it appears on your account, we do require you to visit a TD Store during normal lobby hours for security purposes. You will need to bring a copy of your marriage certificate, or other legal document stating your change in name. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of our Store locations and hours.
If you need to update your address, it can also be processed while you are changing your name inside your local TD Store.
If your account has been opened for at least 30 days and you have been utilizing our TD Online Banking for 30 days, you can log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to submit your address change request. Once in, go to the Customer Service tab on the top right. Under the Self Service heading, choose the option to "Change Address, Phone, Email Address."
If you do not use Online Banking, you can call Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000, upon account verification, we will be glad to submit address change request for you.
