Hi my name is Sonia Padilla and i have sent my check the Orlando utilities commission on 10/10/2017 i don't see in my account transaction

Based on the information you provided, it sounds as though you scheduled a payment through our bill pay service. If this is the case, we'll be happy to provide you with useful information!
The first thing that we recommend you do is review your account history. You may log in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, and click on the 'Accounts' tab. Please select the account in which the payment was made from, and look under 'Account History'. You'll be able to view the last 10 days, to check whether or not the check has posted. Once you've reviewed the account and do not see the payment posted, please contact the company to confirm whether or not they have received the payment. If the company claims that they did not receive the check, we suggest that you place a stop payment.
You may place a stop payment by clicking on the 'Customer Service' tab, click on 'Stop Payment' under Self Service, and fill out the stop payment form. Please know that a stop payment fee may apply. To view our fee schedule, please click here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg.
