Hi there Robert,
Thanks for getting in touch with us about your card.
We apologize to hear about any possibility of unauthorized charges. To get your card closed right away, if you have not done so already we recommend contacting us by phone. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist with closing your debit card. You can also visit us at any TD Bank Store as well, and please take a look at http://bit.ly/TDStores if you're uncertain of your nearest location.
Once we close your card, we'll be able to review your account with you for the unauthorized activity. If this has occurred, TD Bank is generally able to file a claim on your behalf. We'd like to reassure you that we're here to safeguard your funds and assist you in the event that fraud occurs. Please feel free to use the same options as above to dispute any charges you haven't made. Kindly note that we'll be able to open the claim for you once the transactions in question have been posted to your account history and are no longer in a "pending" status.
Thanks again for the message, Robert. We hope this will help immediately for you.
Wishing you all the best with this and take care.
