When enrolling for Online Banking or BusinessDirect, your confirmation email which includes your log in information typically takes 2 business days to be received. We recommend checking your Spam or Junk folder in your email box to be certain the email wasn't directed there.
If you haven't received the confirmation email and it's been longer than 2 business days, we do ask that you contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562, with your confirmation number.
