I just want to know if I can open a account online seen that I have a Ssn.

If you do not have a U.S. driver's license, state ID, or Passport, it may prevent you from opening your new account online, as this information is required in the online application. But don't worry! We should still be able to open your account for you. Just stop in to see us at any TD Bank Store the next time you're in the U.S. Just bring in your foreign passport and at least one other form of photo ID. Your foreign driver's license may work just fine.
To confirm you have all the necessary documents to open an account, we recommend contacting the Store you intend to visit prior to your trip. Our Store Representatives would be happy to go over all the photo ID you currently have to ensure you've got everything you'll need.
