We appreciate your visit, Gail. We understand your concern and would be glad to provide some information.
Based on your inquiry, it sounds like you currently have our TD Convenience Checking Account in which you are required to maintain $100 minimum daily balance to avoid a maintenance fee. Please understand that although you are getting a fee for other account services, a minimum balance is still required to avoid a maintenance fee. To learn more about this type of Checking account, take a look at: http://bit.ly/18IVtY0. We also invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for additional information on our fee schedule.
Did you know that paper statements fee can be waived if you are enrolled for paperless statements via your TD Online Banking? It only takes a few short minutes to switch over. We also offer different types of Checking Accounts that waive this fee as an added benefit. We invite you to take a look at the following link for a customized recommendation http://bit.ly/1gAWlhY .
If you wish to go paperless, please the steps provided below:
1. Log on to your TD Bank Online Banking Account here: http://bit.ly/SMUhhl.
2. Click the Customer Service tab.

4. Select the Online Statements option for each of your accounts.
5. Add the Email Address you wish to have statement alerts sent to.
6. Review the Online Paperless Statement Customer Agreement and hardware and software requirements.
7. Click the check boxes and click Save Changes.
Once you click Save Changes, you’ll be all set to enjoy the safer and greener option of Paperless Statements.
Also, if you are not already enrolled in TD Bank Online Banking, you can do so for free by visiting: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, TD Debit Card, social security number, and email address. If you have any other questions or need assistance enrolling, please feel free to connect with us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 or visit your local TD Store.
