I was told to look for "secured messaging" on the td bank homepage to request for a new card but i cannot find it

Thanks for your question, Mary. We'd be glad to help.
You are able to request a debit card over the phone by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to request a debit card for you.
You are also able to log in to your Online Banking account and request a card via secure message. You can log in by visiting www.tdbank.com and select "Log In" on the right hand side. Once logged in, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you are not currently enrolled for this service, please contact the number mentioned above and our Representatives will be glad to help you sign up.
When requesting a debit card over the phone or via secure message, please keep in mind that they may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive at your address.
