Can you please tell my why? Also, now that the phone access has changed, I am unable to get into that as well to check my balance.

Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Tony. We'd be happy to help get your online account up and running.
If you are having trouble getting Online Banking set up for your business account, we invite you to give us a call to our Small Business Banking Team 24/7 at 800-493-7562, option 2. We will then be able to take a look at the best options in getting you signed up. Please understand, for we would like to assist further, we do not have access to your personal information on this unsecured forum.
Feel free to visit us at any of your local TD Bank Store locations during lobby hours for assistance in getting signed up for Business Direct Online Banking. For locations and lobby hours, check here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We thank you for utilizing our new Bank-by-Phone (IVR) system and we would be glad to assist with that as well! The first time you use the new system, it will prompt you to enter either your account number or your TD Bank VISA Debit Card number. After that, it will ask you to confirm the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Since you are trying to access a business account and not a personal account, you will need to enter the last 4 digits of the Tax I.D. Number of the business, not your personal Social Security Number. After entering this number upon first use, the system will then ask you to create a unique 4 digit Phone Code to use for future access through the IVR system. This Phone Code will replace your old Bank-by-Phone PIN and is independent of the PIN# associated with your VISA Debit Card.
Here are some tips to remember when creating this Phone Code:
- Create something unique that will be hard for others to guess.
- Choose numbers that you can remember, but do not easily relate back to you (i.e. birthdates, addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
- You should not continue to use the last 4 digits of your SSN.
- We recommend *not* using the same code as your Debit Card PIN Number to prevent unauthorized access.
If you're trying to access your business account and have a personal account with us, you can use the debit card for your business or your personal account number. You would then choose the option "Access another account" and select the business account from that menu.
If you are still unable to access our Bank-by-Phone system, please reach out to a live Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000 so that we may further troubleshoot the issue with you.
You can find some helpful information about our Bank-by-Phone system along with a listing of the menu options here: http://bit.ly/1kjSBmQ.
We hope this helps Tony. Take care!
