For your account security, log in attempts are cumulative and you're allowed three attempts to log in your online account before your online access becomes locked. If you've attempted to sign in twice at an earlier time, your third attempt at a later time may lock your online account if the password you entered did not match the one we have in the system.
We apologize if this caused any confusion, and we'd be happy to correct this for you any time it's convenient for you.
