Savings Acct history I see the transfers, but when I click on Transfers it says that none are scheduled. How can I see the transfers I set up as well as make changes to the amount? Please tell me how I can see a recurring transfer from a checking to savings account. Shows in history but says no pending transfers scheduled. I need to change amount. There are no TD banks near where I live. Please respond

Keeping up to date with your recurring transfers is important as staying on top of your other transactions. We totally understand, Linda!
Since you've mentioned that your recurring transfer is not displayed via Online Banking at this time, it may be because you initiated the transfer with a Banking Specialist.
To review the recurring transfer, we recommend connecting with a Specialist directly. You can call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once speaking with a Banking Specialist, they would be glad to review your transfer.
In addition to calling, you can send a secure message while signed in online. To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
If you choose to send a secure message, be sure to include the date and amounts of the transfers as well as the associated account information.
Please know that we'd like to review this information with you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we do not have access to accounts or personal information.
We look forward to speaking with you, Linda. Take care.
