Heather, welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question.
As you mentioned that you have two Checking accounts with TD Bank, if they are both your personal accounts, they should both be shown on your personal Online Banking. If you are referring to TD Business accounts, as long as they are opened under the same Tax ID, they should also both be listed on the same screen as well.
If one of the accounts is currently missing from your Online Banking profile, we can help. To better assist you, we ask you please contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. After one of our Specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to add the missing account to your existing Online Banking in no time. Also you can visit your local TD Bank Store with your valid photo ID during the lobby hours, where a Representative will be able to help you. Please check here http://bit.ly/TDStores for Store locations and hours near you.
Also, as you are already enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message to us to have your missing accounts added. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile after logging on to your accounts. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." When sending a secure message to us, please be sure to include the account numbers in your message. If you have personal TD accounts and are signed up for our Retail online banking, please check here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
We hope to hear from you soon, Heather and have a great day.
