To deactivate your online banking access, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, one of our Banking Specialists will be able to process this request in no time. If your wife wishes to deactivate her online access, she will need to contact us directly at the same telephone number provided previously to submit this request via telephone. If this is regarding your TD BusinessDirect account, please call our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2.
Additionally, both of you are welcome to visit a local TD Bank Store near you during normal lobby hours and submit this request in person. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note; it is not required for both of you to be present together for this type of request.
